Experience Christmas Magic… at the Snow Globe

The popular giant inflatable snow globe returns to the amphitheatre on Saturday and Sunday 14th and 15th December between 10am and 4pm. Simply step inside with your chosen companions, then share a snowy selfie! We’re open for popping in to play too, but please give everyone the chance to experience their own magical moments.

Experience Christmas Magic… at Santa’s Grotto

As the countdown to Christmas gets ever closer and to celebrate the start of the school holidays, we’re bringing you the magic of Christmas with Santa’s Grotto. As the excitement grows, let the little ones take a turn to see Santa, and hope that their festive wishes come true… 

In-centre for just three days, from 21st to 23rd December, between 10am and 4pm, you can enjoy a personal experience, take photos, and each participating child will receive a small present*.

We expect Santa’s Grotto to be a popular magical experience. To see Santa is free of charge, but we are operating a booking system. Please click here to secure your space*. 

*For those aged 13 years and under with accompanying parent/guardian. Babies will need a ticket if a present is required. Please add a ticket for each child in the group, adults do not need a ticket to attend. Half hour slots from 10am to 3.30pm, maximum of 20 participants per session. Please bring along your confirmation email. If you wish to cancel/change your slot, let us know so that someone else can enjoy the experience. Walk-ins are possible, but subject to availability. If you do not wish to be photographed/filmed, please speak to an Elf. A photo disclaimer will be on display.
